Role Description

The Employee Experience Intern is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or India. In this role, the intern supports the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with employee feedback programs, supporting onboarding and internal communications, and coordinating activities and events that promote connection and well-being. The intern will also help the HR team maintain accurate records, support performance-related processes, and contribute to improving HR practices through research and documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to employee experience strategies within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and a basic understanding of Labor and Employment Law to assist in maintaining compliance and consistent HR practices.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Performance Management to help support feedback cycles, goal tracking, and development initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office); familiarity with HR or survey tools is an advantage.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in employee experience, organizational behavior, or HR, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
