We are seeking a consulting Analyst to conduct in-depth market and industry research, analyze data from multiple sources, and generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role involves identifying trends, evaluating market dynamics, and presenting findings through clear reports and presentations to guide strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, innovations, market dynamics, and customer behavior to support decision-making and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources (industry reports, databases, market research) using structured research methodologies and frameworks.
  • Deliver actionable insights through well-crafted reports, presentations, and summaries with clear recommendations.
  • Track and interpret cross-industry mega trends and apply them across domains; develop research strategies using secondary sources and analyst input.
  • Manage and structure raw data into usable formats, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Perform headline and deep-dive analysis, highlighting trends and insights to support strategic decisions and sales teams.
  • Maintain quality standards through approved methodologies and best practices; ensure findings are error-free, structured, and documented.
  • Support research projects from scoping through delivery, managing timelines, content development, and administrative coordination.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify deliverables, communicate proactively, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout research processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field with exposure to qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • 2–4 years of experience in market research, industry research, business intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively, and deliver high-quality research within deadlines.
