Twimbit announces the 2023 CX Stars Recipients

Twimbit recognized 32 companies for their exemplary customer experiences  

Twimbit recently celebrated the 1st edition of the 2023 CX Stars Award in the Plaza Athenee, Bangkok, on October 11, 2023. Celebrating the best of today’s organizations, The CX Stars program honours companies who continue to discover new innovative practices and cultivate exceptional experiences.  

This year’s CX Stars Awards recipients were assessed based on the Exceptional CX Mastery Scale. Taking inspiration from the Michelin Star Guide, the CX Stars Awards benchmarks companies from a rating of 1 star (Emerging) to 5 stars (Exceptional) and employs a holistic assessment across 4 key CX pillars – Brand Experience, Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Digital Experience.  

Over 400 companies were reviewed, and around 100 companies were assessed in great detail across 15 parameters to arrive at the CX benchmark score. The inputs to the scoring were all available external information sources, mystery shopping and opinions from an independent judging panel. Of the 400 companies, 32 were recognized at the program, with 3 companies under ‘Exceptional CX’ and 28 companies under Advanced CX.
