Seats are out, agents are in

In his keynote, Huang made one prediction worth paying attention to: every SaaS company is moving from selling software seats to selling agent-driven outcomes. The tools your team already pays for — your CRM, your service desk, your marketing platform — are about to ship with autonomous agents built in.

NVIDIA backed this thesis with the Agent Toolkit, an open-source platform for building these agents with security and governance baked in. Seventeen partners signed on, including Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and Adobe, each already building agentic capabilities into their core products.

Huang raised NVIDIA's demand outlook to $1 trillion through 2027 — a number that only works if agents generate continuous compute across every enterprise workflow. Per-seat pricing is being rewritten around agents that do the operating themselves.

Trust becomes infrastructure

The proof points were specific. Salesforce is building a reference architecture where Slack orchestrates its Agentforce agents across cloud and on-premises data. ServiceNow demonstrated its "Autonomous Workforce of AI Specialists" running on NVIDIA's Agent Toolkit.

But the most telling announcement was NemoClaw, NVIDIA's enterprise stack for OpenClaw, the viral open-source agent framework that became one of GitHub's fastest-growing projects. NemoClaw layers security sandboxing, privacy routing, and local model deployment in a single command.

When the world's largest AI infrastructure company builds a governance wrapper around an open-source agent OS, it tells you where the bottleneck is. The barrier to agentic adoption was never model quality. It was trust. Huang compared the need for an OpenClaw strategy to what companies once needed for Linux or Kubernetes — the infrastructure question that defines who’s ready for the next era of computing.

Get your workflows ready

​Trust matters, but it's a floor, not a finish line. If Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow are already embedding agents into the tools you use, the question is no longer whether to adopt agents — it's whether your workflows are ready when they show up, whether you planned for them or not.

Agents are only as useful as the context they operate on — the account data, insights, and market signals that tell them what to do and when. Teams with that layer already in place will see agents accelerate results. Teams that haven't will get agents running on incomplete information, producing outputs nobody acts on.

Getting there first only matters if you’re set up to act on it.
