With more than 25 years of leadership experience across technology, digital transformation, banking and financial services, BPM/BPO, customer experience and enterprise operations, Rinoo Rajesh has worked across multiple markets helping organisations translate emerging technologies into sustainable business outcomes. His work increasingly focuses on Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI governance and the redesign of enterprise operating models for an AI-enabled future.

As Principal Advisor, Rinoo will contribute strategic perspectives, thought leadership and industry insights, participate in executive and client conversations, and collaborate with Twimbit on areas where research, technology and enterprise transformation intersect. A distinctive aspect of Rinoo’s experience is the combination of strategy with operating execution. Across his career, he has led and advised large-scale transformation programmes involving digital platforms, automation, artificial intelligence, customer experience, operating-model redesign and technology-led business transformation. His exposure across BFSI, BPM/BPO and enterprise technology gives him a practitioner’s perspective on what it takes to move organisations from experimentation to adoption and, ultimately, scaled business impact.

Rinoo is also an author and active contributor to the discourse around artificial intelligence, digital transformation and the future of enterprises, bringing together technology, management and organisational perspectives in his writing and public engagements.

He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and the Delhi School of Economics, has studied Digital Strategies at Columbia Business School, and holds professional credentials including TOGAF Enterprise Architecture, PMP and certification as an Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He currently serves as President and CEO of the PMI Pune-Deccan India, alongside his entrepreneurial, advisory and industry engagements.
