As Twimbit expands its work across telecom and technology domains globally, the firm today welcomed Ajay Sunder as Senior Vice President – TMT (Technology, Media & Telecoms), based in Singapore. Ajay brings over two decades of experience across telecom, fintech, and the broader TMT landscape, with a strong track record of building and scaling impactful businesses across global markets.

Ajay has held senior strategy leadership roles at organisations such as Safaricom Ethiopia and Tiqmo KSA, where he led complex go-to-market initiatives and commercial expansion efforts. His experience spans working closely with telecom operators and financial services players, with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, digital platform businesses, and growth execution across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Ajay will lead Twimbit’s telecom and technology efforts, with a focus on telecoms, digital infrastructure, cloud, AI, data platforms, enterprise technology, and adjacent digital ecosystems. He will work closely with CXOs and senior leaders across telecom operators, technology vendors, hyperscalers, regulators, and investors to help shape strategies that drive sustainable growth and innovation.

As a key member of Twimbit’s leadership team, Ajay will also play an important role in strengthening our global presence, with a particular focus on expanding Twimbit’s footprint in Japan.
