Goal Setting

For our goal setting, we use the OKR process.

O = Objective is an outcome

KR = Key Results are the milestones to deliver that outcome.

There should be 2-3 measurable key results for every objective.

We define our tangible objectives in three categories.

We do not follow a formal review process. 

Every individual is expected to be a committed self-starter and driver! 

You define your goals and own them
